Sheila M. Harris joined the firm in 2006. She is a Notary Public for the State of Grenada and previously held the positions of Deputy Registrar and Registrar of the Supreme Court of Grenada and Crown Counsel in the Attorney General’s Chambers.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree from the University of the West Indies, the Legal Education Certificate from the Council of Legal Education, Hugh Wooding Law School and a Masters of Law in Intellectual Property from King’s College, University of London. She was admitted to practice in Grenada in 1999 and in Trinidad & Tobago in 2002.
Her main areas of practice are corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, conveyancing, family law,administration of estates and immigration and citizenship. She is a registered agent under the International Companies Act and a licenced local agent under the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act.
Ms. Harris is a former executive council member of the Grenada Bar Association and a member of the OECS Bar Association. She currently serves as a member of the Grenada Development Bank Board and the Casino Commission.
